Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage advanced Excel spreadsheets
- Use formulas, pivot tables, charts, and functions to analyze data
- Automate processes using macros or VBA (where applicable)
- Support departments with data entry, reporting, and tracking
- Troubleshoot spreadsheet issues and ensure data accuracy
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
- Confident using VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF statements, pivot tables, etc.
- Familiarity with data cleaning, formatting, and visualization
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- VBA or Power Query experience is a bonus
Must be a New Zealand Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid work visa.
